CONSISTENCY

Not everything is black and white in life, you can't just go to the gym once and be fit, you can't just eat one salad and expect to be healthy, it’s all about CONSISTENCY & consistency is HARD! 🤦🏻‍♀️💨 . I know this because I was the queen of yo-yo dieting. My problem then, of course, was dieting itself—I was looking for a quick fix to a permanent problem & obviously, the yoyoing left me feeling like crap. The thing is, once you’re stuck on the diet roller coaster, it’s really hard to get off. . So what is the solution? It starts with changing your mindset and not doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result. If you want lasting results, you need to stop over complicating things - find a program that works for you, stick to it, if you fall off the wagon, get back up & just keep going. You got this! ✌️
