HEALTHY ISA TREATS 🍪🍫

I love them because they are nutrient dense yet so delicious and satisfying!

They combine healthy fats, Omega-3's, fibre, and protein to keep you satisfied. Enjoy 1 or 2 for a snack or after-meal treat!

Chocolate Sea-Salt Caramel Protein Balls

- 2 scoops of Chocolate IsaLean - 2 scoops of Sea Salt Caramel IsaLean - 3 TBSP of 100% powdered cacao - 2 cups of whole grain rolled oats - ½ cup of organic honey - 1 cup natural peanut butter - 3 TBSP ground flax seed - 3 TBSP chia seed - 2 TBSP organic coconut oil - ¼ cup ghiradelli semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (optional) - Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1” balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!

* For a fun holiday twist, you can melt 1-2 Sea Salt Caramel IsaDelights and drizzle on top with a fork! 

Cookies & Cream Protein Bars

- 4 scoops of Cookies & Cream IsaLean Shake - 2 cups of whole grain rolled oats - ½ cup organic honey - 1 cup natural peanut butter - 3 TBSP ground flax seed - 3 TBSP chia seed - 2 TBSP organic coconut oil - ¼ cup ghiradelli semi-sweet mini chocolate chips (optional) - Mix all ingredients together and spread into a 9x9 pan & refrigerate

* If you do not have Cookies & Cream IsaLean, you can substitute chocolate IsaLean (or flavour of choice), but be sure the next time Cookies & Cream seasonal flavour is released JUMP ON IT! 😉
