Mum hack #1 feed your busy body! Many of you know what I already do but if your new here let me fill you in! As a busy mum life it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself! I am guilty as charge as putting my self care last sometimes. This is why I fuel myself with what is convenient and effective in less than 30 seconds. I can feed my boys a meal which has over 100 of plyonutrients, live probiotics & enzymes, trace minerals. .
Mum hack #2 you can’t control the outside world but you can control YOU! I know little mumma life can get stressful and wear you down. I have also been there many times.
