For me, my health & fitness 🏋🏼♀️ has been and continues to be a crazy journey. For years I was a serial dieter, I fell in and out of shape. I’d reach a new goal and then would become complacent and fall into old patterns. I never felt I was getting the results I truly desired! My mentality had to change. Today I have weighed in and measured the smallest I have been in over a decade 15 years to be exact. After leaving school my respect for myself and my health just wasn’t there.. I knew what I had to do and as much as I could try and lose I would and it would all come back on plus more. I did every “diet” I could get my hands on. I even went as low as #dietpills. Yeah let’s not talk about that one. I now approach my health & fitness as a lifestyle. A way of existing at my very best. As a result of being the healthiest I can be, I’m able to achieve my fullest potential. Every day I’m grateful to be supported by world 🌎 class #nutrition products that make eating clean, being healthy and staying lean at least 2/3 easier. It’s been 3 years since I was introduced to them and I literally won’t go a day without them. But shifting from #dieting to making a new lifestyle choice for life....that’s my magic right there.
