Numbers on the scale can be VERY MISLEADING
DO NOT let the numbers on the scale determine your worth! There are better ways to track your progress like tracking your measurements, taking notice of the way that your clothes fit, taking your picture every month and comparing it to your previous months progress, being able to do things that you weren't able to do before...... and SO much more.✳️ Numbers on the scale can be VERY MISLEADING. You can gain weight but cm , meaning that you're gaining muscle and actually burning🔥fat.🤔🎯Don't be discouraged by your relationship with gravity.
