What's for Lunch?
As a busy mum, I never used to make time to plan my meals when I should have 🤦♀️ Making sure everyone else was nourished and looked after, I often put myself last, relying on coffee to get me through the day... or eating the kids lunch scraps 🙄. . By having superfood smoothie - I know not only is it SO convenient (made in 30 seconds, seriously cant get much quicker than that 🙌), I'm fueling my body with proper nutrition that it needs to function! . It tastes soooo good 😋 and it gives me so much ENERGY to keep up with the kids and I'm not left hungry and picking at whatever is in the pantry! . It's an affordable, complete meal packed full of the good stuff my body and brain need! And who wouldn't love this for lunch!
